Damac Lagoons apartment sales tripled in 2026 to 1,961
Damac Lagoons recorded 1,961 apartment sales from 01/01/26 to 29/10/26, more than three times the 620 apartment sales at Damac Lagoons in the same period of 2025.

Apartments made up about two thirds of all Damac Lagoons sales from January to October 2026, in a DAMAC community best known for villas and townhouses (DLD area Al Hebiah Fifth, next to DAMAC Hills).
Villa and townhouse sales at Damac Lagoons fell from 1,327 in January to October 2025 to 904 in January to October 2026.
Total property sales at Damac Lagoons rose 50% from January to October 2026 (2,927 vs 1,947), while DLD sales across all of Dubai fell 24% (134,695 vs 176,356).
1,933 of the 1,961 Damac Lagoons apartment sales in 2026 were off-plan homes bought directly from DAMAC, at a median price of AED 784,000 and AED 1,820 per sq ft. Recent October 2026 deals at Damac Lagoons include off-plan studios in Lagoon Views 13 from about AED 615,000.
