The median price for Dubai property sales was AED 1,670 per sq ft in the week of 11 to 17 October 2026, flat on the previous week. The median Dubai sale price that week was AED 1.40 million.
The biggest Dubai deal of the week was a land plot on Palm Jebel Ali that sold for AED 112.3 million on 15 October 2026. Nine Palm Jebel Ali plots were sold as primary sales on 15 October 2026, worth AED 538.6 million combined.
The most expensive home sold in Dubai between 11 and 17 October 2026 was a 7-bedroom Signature Villa on Frond N, Palm Jumeirah, resold for AED 67.6 million.
